By accessing or using this website to order wine, or by contacting us by any other means to order wine, you agree that you are legally allowed to order and / or receive wine, and that you are not under the age of 18 years. Goods and Pricing

All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), and are current as of  August 1 2014. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.

All wines remain the property of Edwards Fischl Pty Ltd until payment is received in full. Images, text, content and Trademarks used on this website remain the property of Edwards Fischl Pty Ltd, except where authorised to third parties.

When you order wine from this website, we agree to use a secure encrypted payment gateway using 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to ensure the security and privacy of your information. When ordering via mail, phone, fax or email, we agree to use similar secure technology to ensure the security and privacy of your information.


Privacy Policy

Linnaea Vineyards is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on / sell / swap any of your personal details with anyone. We may use some information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and updates, and to personalise your shopping experience with us. None of this information will be shared with, nor identifiable to third parties not associated with the transaction. The information that we keep will be not able to be used in association with private or personal financial details, such as credit card or billing information, which will not be stored. Linnaea Vineyards uses cookies to allow you to log in to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Linnaea Vineyards last only while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its "IP address," and is sent automatically each time you access any internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we may also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to the checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.


Shipping Policy

Wines will be delivered according to the rules of Liquor Licencing from the Department of Justice Victoria, for the Renewable Limited Licence under which we are operating. Click HERE for more details.

Shipping prices are listed in the relevant table on our order form. We pass the cost of shipping on to you, at cost, and these prices are subject to change. Shipping prices vary according the the location and quantity of wine ordered, with orders less than one full case (less than 12 bottles) being charged at the rate for one case (12 bottles). Additional increments are as described in the table. For any destination or quantity not listed on the table, we will notify you of the cost of shipping.

Shipping will be performed by Bam Wine Logistics to metropolitan Melbourne addresses, and by Bam or their authorized couriers to other locations. We do not have the facilities at this time to ship to locations outside Australia, however please contact us if you are interested in receiving limited quantities of wine overseas, so that possibilities can be discussed.

All wines will be delivered from our Melbourne warehouse. We reserve the right to store and subsequently ship wines from another warehouse location in the future. We prefer to ship wines during cooler weather, to protect from heat damage that can occur during transit. When you place an order, you have the option of choosing to receive wines when we decide, or you can specify the ship-out date. We will notify you of ship out date, prior to that ship out date, should you defer to us to decide. We will make every effort to ensure shipping will occur within 2-3 business days of the ship out date specified. We intend for wines to be delivered as quickly as possible, from next day to 3-5 business days, however it could take up to 6 days or longer if unforeseen delays occur. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays, including recipient absence and third party issues. We are not responsible for heat damage to wine that occurs during shipping or transport if you have specified the shipment date.

All deliveries will require the signature of an adult over the age of 18 years. Liquor Licence laws prohibit the sale, supply, and delivery of alcohol to individuals under the age of 18 years. If wines are unable to be delivered, the wine will be attempted to be re-delivered the next business day or left at a depot, and a card will be left at your specified address to collect the wine from the approved depot. If wines are not collected within 7 days, they will be returned to our facility, and should re-delivery be requested, additional delivery charges will apply.

We are not authorised at this time for you to pick up wines directly from our locations, however we will notify you in the future should this change and the option becomes available.


Returns and Customer Service Policy

Should the wine be discovered to be flawed upon opening, please immediately re-seal the remaining portion, and contact us for exchange. We will endeavour to exchange or refund at our discretion any wine that we agree to be reasonably flawed.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you within 2 business days to process a refund, or seek alternative instructions. We are committed to your satisfaction, so please contact us if you have any concerns, questions, or feedback on this policy, the wines, or this website.
